Vitamin supplements are essential for overall health throughout our lives. Despite vitamin-rich foods in Kenya and tropical sun, without proper supplementation, deficiencies are not uncommon. 

Some supplements work better when taken with fatty foods or a spoonful of coconut oil.

These are called fat-soluble vitamins, and they are Vitamins A, D, E, and K. 

Vitamin D, on the other hand, needs to be combined with Vitamin K supplements - K2 or MK7. Vitamin D cannot help our bones without calcium and Magnesium.

Calcium that is freely flowing in our blood streams requires Vitamin K2 or MK7 to move to the bones. 

Once it gets to the bones, it needs Magnesium to get into the bone cells.

As you can see, Vitamin supplements are very essential for our well-being, and in some cases, one needs the other. 

Some forms of Vitamin B (Like methylated B-12) are known to reduce homocysteine, a compound that is blamed for more heart attacks than clots of cholesterol.

Again, vitamins are very important for our health.
