Probiotics Supplement

In Kenya, most of us believe that all probiotics are equal and that all you need to do is to take some yogurt labeled as "Probiotics Yoghurt". There are 3 MAIN types of probiotics namely:

  • Lactobacillus
  • Bifidobacterium
  • Saccharomyces boulardii
Each of these 3 main types has sub-classes and each subclass has certain benefits to certain body areas.
