Beer Onion Natural Growth Mask
1 cup of flat dark beer (Guinness, example)
1 medium size red onion
1 tablespoon of Organic coconut oil
Peel the onion and cut it into small pieces
Pour into a blending machine or a juicer
Add 1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil
Add 1 cup of flat beer
Spin it until you get a dark looking thick concussion
Applying Beer Onion Mask into your hair
Using a comb, make sure your hair is detangled
Using a smaller cup, apply this beer hair shampoo and massage it to the scalp.
While you can do it without help, it is even easier to have someone apply it to you
Make sure this beer hair mask does not get into your eyes – it burns as you would imagine
Once all your scalp/hair is completely drenched, apply a shower cap for about 1-2hours.
After 2 hours, remove the shower cap and let it dry completely. This might take another hour or so.
Rinsing out your hair after Beer Mask
You can use your regular shampoo to clean out thoroughly after beer hair mask but skip your conditioner.
It may take several washes and rinses before the smell of onions is completely gone – bear with the work. Beautiful natural hair is not cheap to get.

Is Drinking Beer Good for Hair, Just as Beer Hair Mask?
No. Drinking beer, as rich as it is with Vitamin B’s lowers B vitamins absorption in the stomach. Chronic alcoholics are frequently deficient in one or more vitamins.

Beer Honey Natural Hair Growth Mask
Beer and honey sound just delicious. This recipe has even more delicious once you include the following ingredients
Warm flat dark beer and put aside ½ cup
1 teaspoon of Raw organic honey. If you can afford, use New Zealand Organic Manuka Honey (expensive and rare) for added antimicrobial, antifungal and antivirus properties.
1 egg yolk
1 Avocado or if you can afford, use 1 tablespoon of avocado oil.
Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend completely.
Apply on to your hair and massage deeply into your scalp
Apply a wet towel turban or a shower cap
Allow about 2 hours dwell time and then rinse.

After about 4 weeks of consistently doing this mask, you will start noticing your hair becoming thick, darker and fuller.
You must do this mask at least once or twice a week for optimum results. Otherwise, doing it once may not give you the desired results.
The commonest cause of breaking hair, thinning hair or even baldness is hormonal imbalance. You may not get optimum results if your hormones are out of balance.
